I have a NEATO D7 bot vac that Funai serviced, and they did an fantabulous job servicing it! I was skeptical about sending off my $600 vacuum to some random place, but I was lucky to go far impact with Donna in customer service, and she assured me they would take good intendance of my vacuum. It turned out my vac demand a few more repairs than expected, only the price was very reasonable, and Donna remained in contact with me every step of the way. When I received my vac dorsum, it was like make new. I will definitely utilize them in the time to come. Hopefully, Donna is your customer service representative because they would have never received my business concern in the first place if it wasn't for her. I used Funai to repair my Neato, and I was very impressed with the service. Not merely did they fix the problem with the vacuum, but they as well returned the vacuum looking brand new. It was cleaned meridian to bottom and besides had a new set of brushes and a new filter. Funai repaired our Neato D7 Connected Botvac. Overall satisfied with repair experience. The very goods: Customer Service, equally represented by Donna, was very expert. Donna was very friendly and helpful in helping me to depict how to diagnose the faults so that the technicians could repair them. Also very expert was the overall communications throughout the process. The resulting repairs were satisfactory and seem off-white value for money. The disappointment: We took particular care to ship our Neato in its original box and packaging, including the outer box that the robot's box was shipped to u.s. in past the retailer. I expected to go my repaired robot back in my provided original boxes. Instead I got another box from some other model which was not in such adept condition as my original and also lacked the outer box. Disappointed to have lost our original packaging. Good thing we had removed all our other materials from the boxes that came originally with the robot from the manufacturer.

I received a Neato robotic vac XV12 from my family unit about five years ago and I loved it! I came to rely on Neato to keep my home looking proficient, however, ane twenty-four hour period Neato stopped working as information technology should. I called the visitor and was referred to Funai as a identify to get my vac repaired. I was a little dismayed at having to send my vac out for repair but Donna at Funai was so helpful and friendly I got it sent out easily. They quoted me a reasonable price for mailing and repairing and they never waivered from that cost! It didn't have very long for them to repair and render it, and it IS as expert every bit new again! I will admittedly call Funai again if needed and will gladly refer anyone to this company for service to a Neato vac.

Afterward reading the bad reviews I was hesitant to use Funai to repair my Neato. I called them to ease my concerns and they assured me it was past history. I can at present say that they were neat to deal with. I was notified that they received my unit within a few days. While working on information technology they called me to get more than details.
